Kid Connection Light-Up Plastic Vanity Set with Storage Drawer, 7 Pieces, Baby and Toddler Toy

I got this for my then two year old granddaughter she loved it still uses it and is 7. Her little sister keeps taking it (she is my youngest granddaughter age 6). So when I was asking the older one what she thought her sister would like for Christmas she told me'” you remember that dresser with the mirror you got me when I was little? I said yes. She told me get her one of those she keeps stealing mine. Lol. So I did add that to the youngest gifts. :)

I bought this for my granddaughter. She loves it. She's 3 years old, it's lightweight and seems unbreakable, she especially likes the way the mirror lights up.

This little vanity is super cute. It reminds me of the plastic makeup pieces I used to play with as a little girl. My daughter is 3 and she loves wearing real makeup but you can imagine the mess that makes. It's really bad for me to have to be cleaning up non stop because she smears it everywhere so she can only use it when I have the time to help her do it. Unless she gets into it herself. With this set, she can play with makeup without the mess. She shows me her “makeup” and I smile and say how pretty she looks and she gets really happy and excited. We both get the benefits of this set. No mess for me and imaginative play for her! The set has a little lamp that lights up, it plays music, and there's a little drawer as well. She has a bigger vanity in her room, but she likes this one more because she can pick it up and carry it around! That's too cute. The mirror on the vanity is real unlike her bigger vanity that makes it look like she's at a circus with the weird mirrors. So she really likes that she can see herself better. I'm so glad that we picked this item that I might have to buy some for my nieces and godbaby!

It is a little smaller than I imagined it in my head, but that's my own fault since dimensions are posted. It is absolutely adorable in person! The colors are true to the website photos. The lights light up very bright, and the sounds are loud. If that's an issue, just get some clear shipping tape and put it over the speaker and it muffles it. The little drawer opens so you can put all the makeup and accessories in it. It makes a perfect gift! My daughter loves it, and so do her friends.

This kid connection vanity set is so adorable. My daughter absolutely love how it lights up. It even has a lamp on the vanity that lights up as well. It's pink and comes with all of the play accessories that your little girl will need in order your little girl to play with their vanity and cosmetics. It comes with a lipstick, nail polish, comb, makeup brush, makeup powder and perfume. Of course these items are all for play but your little one will absolutely love it.

We got this little vanity set for my 4 year old not really expecting her to have any interest To our surprise, she loves this thing and plays with it all the time, pretending to put on makeup and now has started using it to pretend to put makeup on and dress up her pony toys. It's actually better quality than I expected it to be, I expected to be one of those flimsy plastic cheapo toys but actually while it is small, is pretty solid and has a light and a button shaped like a heart that makes noise when you push it, it's pretty cute.

Both of my little girls have loved playing with the Kid Connection Light up Vanity Set. They love sitting in front of the mirror, and putting on their makeup, "Just like Mommy does." They really like that they can see themself putting it on in the mirror. The love pressing the heart button on the top, that lights up the vanity, and plays a magical melody. I really like that it has a built in drawer. That way, when I tell them to clean up, they can put the play hair brush, bottle of perfume, nail polish, lipstick, makeup brush and makeup compact all inside of it.

My little ones love dramatic play. They love to pretend, and they also are pretty dramatic. A favorite playtime is "beauty salon". The Kid Connection Light Up Vanity Set with Working Storage Drawer and thirteen accessory pieces was a cute addition to their make-believe play time. I like the fact that this is small and doesn't take up a huge amount of space. They can set it up any where, even put into a tote bag for travel. It has a great affordable price point, so that I can give an item like this to my children as an occasional fun surprise treat. If I were to buy this for a birthday or holiday gift for a child, I'd definitely add extra things, such as a hair styling play set perhaps. The light up lamp and musical sounds add to the fun. They turn on when pressed, and batteries are included. The drawer opens and closes and a few items can fit inside for storage. Hint: If the included comb gets jammed inside the drawer, and the drawer won't open, simply turn the entire toy over and the comb will drop in, and the drawer will open. So far, this has only happened to us once. It features a total of thirteen pieces, including a hair brush, hair clips, bottle of perfume, nail polish, lipstick, makeup brush and makeup compact. Some of them are sturdier and hold up better than others. They immediately removed the top of the tiny pretend perfume bottle, but it easily is pushed back on. The comb and the compact seem to be the sturdiest of the accessories. The "lipstick" seems to be the least sturdy. None of the accessories are actually make up. No worries about finding play makeup smudges around the house. Best of all, we can play and have a great time, and since I'm usually the designated "client" for my children, I don't have to worry about answering the door and scaring the mail delivery person!

I thought the whole thing was cute, but I wish the makeup brush was softer, and I didn't like how all the items wouldn't fit inside the drawer. and there is a slot for you to stick the items also but it's not wide enough to fit but 1 or 2 of the items. also the end of the lipstick where they actually put on their lips was split apart (made that way) and we couldn't push it back together

Would be good as a gift, if you had very responsible children. The plastic makes the durability of this almost nonexistent I probably could have broken it just taking it out of the holder, it's cute though but not great for toddlers
