My three sons absolutely love this. It comes with screwdrivers to unscrew the bolts on the engine and tires. Easy to take apart and put back together. It has a handle that pulls up and along with the tires, it can be pulled like luggage. On the back side it has a steering wheel and key ignition that makes engine sounds. Very fun for kids.
My 3 year old grandson absolutely loves this toy. Now he can be like his dad and fix stuff. It has so many features and cool things for him to do. It keeps him entertained for hours. I can’t believe this toy doesn’t cost much, much more. Definitely a great value.
The KC Car Engine toy from Walmart has exceeded my expectations and become an absolute favorite in our household. This interactive and educational toy has captivated my child's imagination while providing hours of engaging play. First and foremost, the attention to detail is remarkable. The toy engine is designed to replicate a real car engine, complete with intricate components, moving parts, and vibrant colors. This level of authenticity has not only sparked curiosity in my child but also facilitated valuable learning opportunities about how a car engine functions. The interactive features of the KC Car Engine toy are what truly set it apart. With its realistic sound effects and functioning lights, it creates an immersive play experience that feels remarkably lifelike. Watching my child eagerly explore the different buttons, switches, and knobs while listening to the engine roar to life has been a joy to behold. Furthermore, the toy comes with a comprehensive and well-illustrated instruction manual that guides children through the assembly process. This hands-on aspect encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills as they piece together the engine components. The durability of the KC Car Engine toy is commendable as well. Despite the frequent assembly and disassembly by an enthusiastic child, the toy has held up remarkably well, showcasing its robust build quality. In essence, the KC Car Engine toy from Walmart is an outstanding blend of education and entertainment. Its attention to detail, interactive features, and durability make it a fantastic investment for any young, budding engineer or car enthusiast. This toy has not only provided countless hours of fun but has also fostered a deeper appreciation for mechanics and engineering concepts in a playful and engaging manner.
The Kid Connect take apart car engine and race track is a wonderful interactive toy for a child. It includes 37 pieces in a rolling car body. The toy is for children 3 years or older. Kid Connection toys have always been a hit with youngsters in my family. This one includes so many fun interaction possibilities. The body of the toy is shaped like a race car, and has a retractable handle, so the child can roll it around wherever they like. The race car body has interactive parts and pieces that can be taken apart and reassembled easily with the toy tools that are included with the set. The steering wheel turns and the horn button produces a honking sound and flashing lights. The ignition knob turns to produce the sound of an engine starting, revving, and taking off. Stickers and other features on the toy make it look like a real race car. In addition to the car body's interactive parts, the set also includes a racetrack, small toy cars, and road signs that can be played with as a part of the larger unit or independently, maybe with other toy cars and sets. The toy does require some simple preparation, of removing packaging materials, before giving it to a child. I really like that this toy gives a child the opportunity to learn how tools work for removing and assembling parts of a larger unit. This is not only hours of imaginative fun, but also a great learning experience for boys and girls. This brightly colored, attractive toy would be a great gift for any child.
I love the fact that you can play with this in so many ways. This is the kind of toy that can grow with your toddler. Younger kids will love sliding the cars down the ramp. As they begin to do more pretend play they can pretend to drive with the steering wheel, gear shift and buttons. It also almost completely comes apart so those fine motor skills can go to work screwing and unscrewing parts, playing mechanic. My only dislike is the storage compartment is also held by screws so you have to completely screw/unscrew both sides to open/close it. I wish there was a compartment that held the parts with easier access.
We haven’t used this yet as it is a gift. I wasn’t looking specifically for this but when I came across it I loved the idea of it being able to be taken apart and put back together. I cannot speak to longevity or overall quality as it hasn’t been used yet but the idea made the purchase worth it for me!
My little boy really did enjoy it. Wanted to take it to bed with him and all that. He was super proud of himself when he took things apart and put things back together. And really that's what matters. But honestly it is a cheap piece of junk. Flimsy plastic parts and poorly designed. Great idea though. The concept is perfect for little boys. Would love to see it made by someone who wanted to put a little more time and effort into their products.
First off what they consider to be directions is the tag on the product as demonstrated in the picture . Don’t throw it away! Store in the product or tape to it for future use . I spent about 2 hours playing with a 5 year old and we kept having to refer to the picture once we figured out those were the directions. Any kid I have ever seen get a toy doesn’t follow any directions , they just tear into it . This product , if you don’t look at the pictures will be very frustrating. *** there are 4 pieces that need to be removed and thrown away. If you don’t remove them then the tools don’t work. ***if you don’t push the handle down all the way, the unit will keep falling over ***in order to not lose all the pieces you need to store them inside , then use the screwdriver to close up, then place the screwdriver in the drawer meant for the car storage *** 35 pieces are a lot to keep track of for age 3+. . Losing pieces will make playing with they toy frustrating
This take apart car, engine and race track is very cute. It comes all self-contained with lights and sounds. Everything, for the most part can be taken apart with the tools that it comes with. Has a pulling handle on the top, cute little light up headlights, I pull out tray that’s the grill from the car. Also comes with two cars and a ramp. This is definitely more for little ones, so around three years old would be perfect. Are the nice toy, pretty sturdy to handle play. The cars included could be a little better, but they still work. The little guy that was playing with us did need some help on telling him exactly what to do but once he started playing with it, there was no problem. the horn beeps and an headlights light up with the beep. I love that it has a pole handle, so everything can be put back and kept all together. Help was definitely needed to pack it all back up. Overall, it is very cute. I would have liked to have seen it with more working elements, like motor sounds, or turn signals, things like that, but this was very cute. I would recommend, but would say no older than three, I just don’t feel the interest would be there.
It’s cute fun and age appropriate but definitely cheap, I expected more for the price,, it not having a real steering wheel kind of sucked that’s why I bought it
