It wasnt hard to put together. It ran perfect after charged. Made a great birthday gift for a 2 year old. 12v gave it plenty of power.
Shipping from Walmart is a nightmare for us always but finally after multiple days of tracking the fed ex guy down we got our product! Works great. Easy assembly. 3 year old girl loves it. Battery charges great and power last for about an hour or so. Does not work well on gravel. Works great in the grass and concrete. Speed is perfect. She loves there is a reverse also. Not heavy so you load it up and take to the grandparents house! Great product for the price!
My kids love these (bought two). Easy to use and put together and easy to charge.
My five year old loves this monster quad. It's fast enough for it to be fun for him but slow enough to still be safe.
I didn't have high hopes for this, but my seven year old had always wanted one and this came out to less than $70 with tax so I went for it. Happy I did! The battery lasts far longer than I expected and it is a 12 volt so it has more power than the standard six volts. My seven year old is smal for her age (about 43 inches tall and 38 pounds) but it is perfect for her. It makes for lots of fun so far! Downside was that the instructions to put it together were horrible!!
I have couple issues with this however it's a real 12v for a hundred bucks and definitely worth every penny. It's just the basics, no remote, no lights, no music, no "brake" they just take their foot off the pedal to stop but it stops fast and smooth. My grandson is a normal size three yr old boy so I wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles. I just wanted something with a little more power than the cheap 6v and that's exactly what this is. I have a couple minor issues with this. 1- He rode on it for about 45 minutes the first time and the rear wheel that makes it drive is already losing traction and spinning out sometimes. But when it does that I just give him a little nudge and it's good to go. Once he gets the hang of it he'll learn how to give a solid rocking motion and then that'll work to get it going. I would avoid linoleum, tile, probably even wood and any other smooth flooring with this because of the spinning out issue. It also doesn't do very good in grass and carpet might be an issue. However things like this are not made to be rode inside anyway. If you have a gravel drive, flat dirt area or preferably concrete and black top that is idea for this. Also the front wheel assembly easily falls apart if it's ever so slightly raised off the ground. We threw duct tape on the end of the shaft, made sure to leave room so it can still be turned easily and it fixed that issue. Do yourself a favor and put the stickers on BEFORE putting it together.
We purchased this for my son's birthday. I pre charged the 12 hours as instructions mentioned, he only used it twice and then it stopped working, it made a clicking sound. so i charged it the 8 hrs, reconnected it and still only had the clicking sound. ITS A NIGHTMARE TO RETURN, thankfully my walmart tried and tried to get me my refund and was able to get it back. *** in the box it says you cant return it, and to contact them, I did tried calling them and nothing.***
Not the power I was expecting. I was disappointed and they could only be used on flat ground, treads wore out fast. Don't recommend or waste your money.
I purchased this for my three-year-old's birthday. He was so excited. We put it together exactly how the manual said. When My three-year-old went to ride it in the grass the wheels would just spin and spin and spin. I called the company and was advised to only drive it on a flat surface. I'm still confused on how a child's toy can't be used in the grass. I would keep looking if you're in the market for a similar product.
Horrible. Steering wheel comes alart. Had to rig it myself for it to stay on. Put it together and does not work. The people who work there have been great so far. Very helpful and willing to send me additional parts but nothing has worked yet. 8 think they should just send me a new quad
