Happy customer
This is a great quad at a great price. Just follow all the instructions on charging and you wont have an issue! My daughter loves it. The decal is so cute. We even broke a part because we didnt put it together right. I filed a claim with the warranty and was able to get it replaced in 2/3 days. I am satisfied.

Slightly disappointed
Every review I have read AND the store description says that this item will go forward AND in reverse. IT DOES NOT! Not sure why they advertise it this way but you will be very disappointed if you want a vehicle that will reverse. Otherwise, this item seems great. Pretty easy to assemble and looks cute. I bought two of these. One in pink and one in light blue.
