Battery dead and will not charge within 6 months
Battery died - sad it has to be replaced, hopefully that process is straight forward. Definitely does not go 5mph even with full charge.

Poor packaging
Box came damaged from UPS. Broken parts and unable to assemble. I don't see anywhere in the website where I can get a replacement item. Grandkids will be extremely disappointed. Never buying anything from Walmart on line again
