She still took them with out issues though. I really like that there are not any artificial dyes and that they include a solid mix of essential vitamins and minerals for growing kids. The biggest win for me is how low in sugar they are compared to a lot of kids vitamins out there. Overall, a simple, clean option I feel good about giving her daily!

It has all the important vitamins and minerals my kids need—even 5mg of iron! It dissolved easily when they chewed it. I do wish they used methylated folate since my son doesn't process folic acid well though. My kids did not love the flavor of the berry lemonade. Not sure if they had another flavor or if that would have been better enjoyed with 7 and 5 year old.
