Garbage!
8 months old and won't stop going off. The alarm has been going off every 20 minutes for 4 hours. Had to deactivate it. What a piece of garbage! Date on unit: april 10, 2024. 10 years, my giddy aunt, 10 years.

Do not purchase
My unit barely made it 3 years. Getting false alarms. Unit is clean and always has been. No reason I can see that it should be going off.

Horrible. DO NOT BUY
Do not buy. Alarm goes off for no reason. Ruined an entire trip for us when a house sitter experienced it last year and kept having this issue. We replaced all of them with the 10 year hardwired and now the alarm went off every 4 hrs woke us at 11:30pm and 4:30am.....nightmare!

Alarmed falsely the first night I had it. The company says clean it? Defective crap is what it is. Can't reset it by removing the battery either.

Two of six failed in 16 months - I'm moving on
I bought 6 of these for my house in Nov 2023. I'm the last three weeks 2 of them have failed and started giving false alarms. Pressing the button to silence the alarm doesn't work on either of them. When I press and hold the button for long enough the alarm goes silent and it announces "test mode activated" and then nothing. Now I don't feel safe so I'm replacing them all, but with another brand.

Junk. Unless You Like Wasting Money.
Manufactured 2023 Jul 28. Installed 9/1/2023. Destroyed at 2am 7/8/2025 after trying just about everything to get it to shut off. Piece of junk, waste of money, and stress for the entire family. Not the first time it's done this…but certainly the last.

Apparently, I Bought A 7-yr. Old Alarm
I bought and installed in 2022. End of Life chirps initiated 11/25. After investigation, the manufacture date was 11/22/14. It's great to have a 10-yr. alarm, but what a mix up and what a disappointment.

Alarms for no reason
Bought 4 of these to replace majority of the alarms in our house. After having them for about a month a couple started alarming randomly.no reason for it. Replaced those ones and now the others are randomly alarming for no reason. These are the worse alarms do not purchase.
