KidKraft Bear Cave Lodge Swing Set with 2 Swings and Tunnel

My Grandkids watched the installer through the window and rushed to play on their new Swing Set once he was done. Quality and Workmanship exceeded my expectations on both the swing set and the installation.

The playground is just what we wanted, heavy duty, and full of lots of fun things. Ordering was easy. Great communication. The installation was fast and the gentleman worked very efficiently (even in the rain). The kids love it! Highly reccomend!

I absolutely LOVE the play house but you definitely need to get the installation. There’s no way my dude or I could’ve done it ourselves. It took the installation guy two days to complete it, but it’s perfect! My kiddos love it! We laid wood chips around and under it so it looks nicer but yeah, it was most definitely worth the money.

Have location determined early for easier installation.

My kids (5 and 3) are loving this swing set! It did take some time to set up (12-15 hours), however, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. All parts were accounted for and labeled well.

Assembly company seems to be unreliable. No communication or commitment to an install date. I took off work for my planned install date and they gave me if we can make it we will call you. If not we have 4-6 weeks to install. Not great way to show commitment to its customers

It has way too many unnecessary parts. It would work better if the parts came a little bigger to make assemblies more functional. The wood should be a little come in better quality. I think the wood do not have the resistance and quality that reflects the price it comes with.
