it took about 8hrs to put together. it is soo Beautiful and my grandchildren love it! its very sturdy.

Great materials, but it’s a challenge to install. Just pay a couple handymen to do it. Kids really enjoying

We purchased and had this set delivered and installed. The installers did a great job! They showed up when they said they would, were so nice and did a great job of putting the set together and setting it up. We have only had it a short time so don't know how it will hold up long term but so far we are happy with it and our grandson loves it!

The packaging was good. Was pretty easy to assemble

The quality of the playground is lower than expected. I paid for the installer, too, and I already see wood chipping/broken, door not shutting correctly, door hitting the top of the door roof wearing it down, and a lot more. Especially the slide. The slide looks like it will come off immediately. For the amount I paid, I would have gotten from another company. The wood is soft, too so it's asking to be damaged right away.

This item arrive to me with notorious damages and boxes were open or many very rough handle that cause them to break. The item is broken and now Walmart and saying that I do not have the option to returned or get a refund $1,300 waste. I am not going to put it together when it is visible that the main supports of the set at broken. This is unsafe to use and I am a loss since all Walmart did was give me another website to open a claim which I did 2 weeks ago and I still have hear from anyone. I wouldn’t recommend to purchase this from Walmart because once you do they wash their hands on responding for anything related to quality or handling.

it took a month to come my way, then once it was 45 mins away from me, they( usps) told me i wasn't able to pick it up it was going back to the senders then when emailed them we went back and forth for 3 days and they were NO help their customer service needs retrained or fired one i gave it one star becauae i had to so i could just write out this post so now the refund knowing it was on the way back to them they wouldn't refund my 1.500 so i had to go through walmarts customer service and before i got off the phone with them my money was back in the bank

Within two weeks of putting it together, the threads on the bolt that hold the swing together ripped apart, sending my kid flying to the ground!!! save your money, spend it elsewhere!

Wood is extremely soft and breaks
