It took my husband about 20 hours to put together but the kids LOVE it! the twisty slide was the hardest part to the whole thing but well worth the money and time especially with all the parks being closed from COVID-19. thank you for a cute little playground set!
Much easier to put together than I expected. I had one friend help me and we put it up in nine hours across two days (about two hours spent building in the dark, which significantly slowed progress). Hardest part was the twisty slide. Shipped super fast. Everything is good quality. All parts included and tons of extra hardware. Wood is super soft so a soft touch on the drill is key. Kids love it. It's super cute and they've had a blast on it. Kids are 4 and 2.5 and will get several years out of it as they grow.
We absolutely LOVE this swing set! It came two weeks early (score!); the assembly instructions were easy to follow, all hardware present and clearly labeled. I didn’t time the assembly, but it was pretty close to the estimated time frame. All in all, we are super pleased and highly recommend this swing set!
This is a nice well designed play set. The instructions are difficult to understand and you are better off downloading them from the internet. This is very time consuming to assemble but the final product is worth it. Two of us assembled it in two days with all of the right tools and a lot of fabrication/assembly history.
There are 2 errors in the instructions. Here they are- 1. The tube slide. After you install the first piece onto the swing set, you are then supposed to connect an elbow piece. The instructions say to use PB1 screws for this, don't do that. The circular covers will not fit over those screws and at this point there is only 5 PB1's left and they are for the bottom of the slide, for attaching the ramp piece to the last elbow. Instead use the screws that the instructions say to use for the rest of the elbow pieces which are pan bolt 1/4 x 12.7mm. These were in a bag with the tube slide that was unmarked. 2. When you are putting the door on, don't put the hinges on first because the flat plates that you previously installed might be in the way and you'll have to move the hinges on the door. So instead hold the door up and mark where the hinges should be. Also, we had a bunch of extra hardware left over. No idea why, definitely used everything as instructed. Overall I love the swingset. Boards aren't very thick. But it's a lot of fun to play on!
Product seems to be of good construction. I put together myself only recommendation would be to put hardware related to each section with that section there were times I had to find a bag from the main clubhouse to use on the slide and it made it much longer to put together. Other than that all smiles from my daughter who is loving it .
Bought this on Sale and it was worth every penny. My Grandson is 2.5 years old and loves it. It does take a full weekend to put together for two adults and sometimes a third helping. But it was worth it. Well built for the money, especially on sale.
The children were so excited, they had to "help" build it just to get on it. The quality is quite good, and its very nicely and aesthetically designed. The only hold back, the swing beam could be a little longer, by like a foot. The swings are too close, especially the inside swing by the tree house. assembly was as expected. It took three men and an assistant about 18 hours to assemble (or about 32 man hours). The tube slide took 8 hours alone. Definitely do this...Unpack and sort parts by their number, letter and digit, you'll think you're playing battle ship. Dont be intimidated by the massive box of nuts, bolts, and screws, they are all labeled. Have someone go page by 116 pages and create bags of hardware per page. If you can, also have someone pulling parts for the next steps. You will save an immense amount of time by not hunting for parts and hardware. Also, make sure you get the right boxes. We received two tube slides and no wave slide. Had to make a second trip back to get the right slide.
Bought this set on an end of season sale for grandkids. It was way better quality than I had anticipated. Relatively easy to put together but very time consuming (lots of parts). Good instructions. Grandbabies LOVE it. Even though it is a rot resistant wood, we intend to treat it with water sealer before winter as it soaks up every drop of water quickly (Very Dry).
We bought this one and we thought we got the wrong playset at first but come to find out there isn't just one instruction book there is like 3. The instructions are a little confusing but manageable. One of the side panels came with 2 broken boards and we were missing a few bolts but messaged the company and they r sending out what we r missing and the broken panel. The playset could be a little taller for the underneath part as my 7 yr old is to tall for it and he is 50". But I will work for a while for my 1 yr old. They still enjoy it
