KidKraft Ryan's World Twisty Tower Wooden Swing Set

We just received this item (it come in three boxes, all delivered at different times). The first box was the blue slide, came very fast and it perfect conditions. The second box was the yellow slide in a box, this came in a very sturdy box and on time. The quality actually seems better than what I was reading on this review. The last box was all the wood, this was a little delayed but received two/three days later. This box was sooo heave, nearly 300 pounds. The box did happen to tear a little but nothing was sticking out at some reviews state. The wood/stain has a very strong smell, but I know it will vanish when the swing set is set up. Very excited to put it together in the next couple of days. I will be attaching several pictures to make this review more helpful. The 2 slides were delivered first, sooner than expected. The lumber was delivered a week later, the delivery company was very good, they emailed me with updates on delivery. The lumber came in a box. The box was a little beat up, but the lumber was in good condition. The delivery guys used a dolly and pallet and they placed it in my garage. We've had a lot of rain, so we haven't been able to assemble yet. I will give an update once everything is done.

So far Im pleased with the quality. We have only received the slides so far so I will update review once wood is delivered and assembly is completed. For the clearance price, its worth the money alone for the price of slides. Hopefully wood is delivered in good condition and decent quality. The blue slide actually feels sturdier than the two I already have.

We ordered this and it was delivered in a box that was completely destroyed. Well in the end no missing pieces and nothing broke. Completely happy with it. Grandkids love it. Takes a while to set up but it looks great. So it could be sturdier and I sure the 1500$ ones are but for400$, dont think you could ask for more.

Although I expected more, but for a grand it's what it's worth for a online order from walmart. If you expected more. You may want to put another grand into something different. I am happy with the purchase tho, because something this size with better quality would've costed more than I can afford. Worth the time you will get out of it. As long as delivery isnt a problem. Cause it seemed like they struggled.

Please do not waste your money on this. From delivery to the quality of this set, this was the worst purchase i've ever made. That was the worst delivery service i've seen in my life. Delivery guys came in a small truck with this item and they ripped the box while unloading and left with an open box with wood all over the place. The wood was all extremely fragile. KidsKraft can send you replacement wood but by the time finishing up the build, the foundation wood got cracked and there is no way to replace the foundation wood without disassembly the whole set (20 hours job). Lot of wood chipping which may cause injury. Not sure how long the set will last but by looking at the quality, i'd be surprise if this can stay more then 2 years

VERY cheap quality. the bottom of the box busted open as it was being loaded which made it a stressful drive home trying not to lose any pieces.. only to get it home and discover the wood was chipped EVERYWHERE on all of the pieces. makes a big concern for splinters now. very lightweight lumber. i'll be surprised if it makes it through the summer if the weather become severe enough. my son is 4 and it's even wobbly when he climbs up onto it. very disappointed. for the amount of money i spent, i definitely had much higher expectations than what i got.

This is the second time we ordered this, and the second time it has arrived damage. Unfortunately the word damaged is an under statement... the wood looks like they didn't want to stop the airplane so they pushed it out on their way by and thats how it hit the ground. Both times Walmart has informed me that they cannot replace the item I can only get a refund so every time I buy this I have to wait for my refund so I can re-purchase the item. Now I am currently waiting for my refund to try for a third time. We will see if they can get this right...

The moment Box 1 was dropped into my driveway I knew it was going to be a pain. Only one guy delivered it and he had such a hard time. He pretty much shoved it off his truck. Both ends were opened. I had to remove all the wood and stack in my garage because the box was even worse on the bottom. I'm missing wood, the trapeze bar, its chipped, and half of it is unlabeled or the numbers are worn. I have no idea how I'm going to assemble it. Kidkraft cant get me the missing wood because I'm not sure which ones are missing! Walmart was no real help except to return it and they arnt coming to pick up all the wood in my garage. Frustrating!

Delivery was a nightmare, I asked them to leave it on my porch (I wasn't home and they called me to confirm delivery) and instead they shoved it off the back of their truck into my driveway (I watched on my security camera). The box itself was destroyed and we were missing pieces of wood and hardware. Assembly was awful; as they use Robertson screws and they stripped as soon as they felt any resistance in the wood. Due to the delivery issues, we can't complete the assembly, and Kidcraft won't help us get the missing parts because it's a Walmart exclusive. If we hadn't gotten it on extreme sale, I would be more upset, but the slides themselves were worth the $400 we spent, so we're making the rest work for now.
