10/10 purchase! We bought this for our 2 and 5 year old. It provided so much outdoor play time. It did take longer to build than expected but well worth it!

My grandkids absolutely love this on Christmas! This jungle jam is quite the beast to put together, but the directions are pretty good. If you're not technically savvy, I wouldn't recommend trying to assemble it. I would give this five out of five except there was one issue and I did have a couple of concerns that I'm going to fix. Everything went smoothly assembling it, except at the end when we had to attach the roof piece to the roof. When you screw in both sides of the roof. It bows in the center. I called kid craft directly and they had no fix for me other than sending the same piece of wood again Easy fix is go to Home Depot. Buy some flashing and put it on the top with some bolts. You can see the flashing on top of the roof in the picture I attached. I think a couple of suggestions for the manufacturer would be more handholds for the kids, climbing up and down the ladder inside the house and attaching handholds a little lower on the side, where the kids climb up the tall ladder. Again easy fix at Home Depot….overall love the product and would recommend it for kids at least 3 1/2 years old

We ordered a swing set March 13 that was delivered in multiple shipments between March 17–18. Upon attempting assembly, it became immediately clear that the set was missing a significant number of parts. After completing an inventory, we discovered that over 400 pieces were missing. We contacted KidKraft on April 7 and again on April 28. On both occasions, we were informed that 125 parts were backordered with no estimated date of arrival. Since then, we have attempted to proceed with the build using the parts we had, resuming construction as items arrived. However, the process has been slow and ineffective due to continued delays and incomplete shipments. Over the past several months, my husband and I have been in frequent contact with your team via both phone and email. While representatives have consistently been polite, we have repeatedly been told that there are internal management changes and that the parts will be sent as soon as possible. Despite being told that management would follow up with us directly, we have received no communication or resolution. By the end of June, we were still missing critical structural components and could not safely complete or secure the swing set. We anchored the set to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, due to the incomplete and unstable structure, the swing set was blown over and sustained damage, including splintered wood which were broken off the bolts. On July 8, we once again reached out—this time including a list of damaged parts in need of replacement. We received yet another generic response stating that the parts are backordered and no timeline could be provided. At this point, we are no longer willing to wait indefinitely for a product we paid for in full nearly four months ago. The swing set remains unfinished, damaged, and unusable. Our children, for whom this purchase was made, still do not have the play structure we were promised. We requested an immediate resolution and are prepared to pursue further action if necessary. We have made every effort to be patient and reasonable. It was KidKraft's responsibility to deliver a timely and fair resolution in which they haven't thus far. We're hoping this review will encourage them to work with us further as we are very discouraged %26 upset we purchased this item from them.

Let me start this by saying my family, and I were extremely excited to put together this playset. However, upon delivery and opening the three boxes, we found 27 individual pieces of wood that had been pre-cut and pre-drilled and ready to install to the playset, but these 27 items were damaged. The boards were cracked some were bowed some had chips and missing chunks out of the edges so I filed a return with the company that manufactured the playset, the company advised me that this place was no longer produced, and that the wood was on backorder and to contact Walmart for further assistance I contacted Walmart customer service, and the only option that they could give me was to package all of the wood back up that we had just opened up and started putting together and send it back to Walmart in order to get a refund to purchase another place at with that being our only option for assistance through Walmart I contacted the manufacturer again and let them know that this was happening and they told me that I would need to just go to Lowe's hardware or Home Depot or a local building supply and purchase additional wood in order to build it! Just say the least I am irate because I spent well over $1000 for this product and now because I cannot obtain the wood from the manufacturer and because Walmart only resolution is for me to package it all up and ship it back for a refund to re-purchase it again to not even know if the new package is gonna have damaged wood just like the package that I had purchased it just doesn't make any sense. Now I have a pile of wood, a bunch of nuts and bolts and screws and no playset.

came in 4 boxes. one was busted open with possible missing parts. it has been a nightmare returning and getting refund. highly suggest going elsewhere for this product

Was unable to assemble the item. Have been trying to return it since Dec. fed ex picked up but so far only credited for slide. Unable to track with numbers and difficult to speak with live person.i do not recommend

Very disappointed with Walmart they sent 3 of the 4 packages. Now they say they are out of stock of the box that is needed to assemble this playhouse.

Do not buy! I purchased back 4 months ago and they split the order into 4 parts, charging me for each of those parts instead of the whole amount as listed when buying. Only 3 of the 4 boxes arrived. I can't buy 3/4 of a swing set together, and there is no option to repurchase just 1 of the components. They refunded me the box that was cancelled, but I opted to return the other 3. I used the printed labels provided, and FedEx picked it all up for free. I got refunded for two of those prices, but the third one mysteriously disappeared, and Walmart is refusing to refund me saying they never received it. I've spoken to customer service 4 or 5 times now, and they always say they have to elevate the concern, and I should receive an email in 3-5 days. Nothing!

I have purchased an outdoor play set for our granddaughter for Christmas. It was shipped in 4 boxes. 2 boxes showed up, and 2 boxes have been damaged in shipment and gone missing, with no date of delivery available. FedEx, the carrier cannot help, and WalMart cannot help. Nobody knows where my 2 boxes are or when I will get them. This is both unacceptable and exasperating. This is my reason for the poor review.

The box was torn and in the warehouse for 3 weeks after I was told twice they would replace the package! That never happened! I had to go to the USPS warehouse 2 days before Christmas and pick the original box up (the one that was torn up) the bolts and screws were completely missing as was most of the wood. I spent 200 on bolts and screws from Marvin's Hardware. I was guaranteed a complete refund of 1076.00 only got 300. Customer service is a joke!
