This is a great set! Did take about 12 hrs to assemble. Lots of pieces but the. Directions were good! Grandkids are loving it! We hung a baby swing and a saucer swing until the kids get bigger!

Poor quality on their process of kitting the parts, a lot of missing parts and hardware, also I needed to do some rework on the wood due not fitting right

I wish all the parts came together, waiting for out of stock boards, that's right, out of stock. Why send it, then wait until all the order is complete.

The instructions was not assembly friendly and some of the most important parts were missing. I have thrown away the boxes now I can't order the parts because they need the batch number off the box. This was a horrible gift for my grandkids.

We ordered a swing set March 13 that was delivered in multiple shipments between March 17–18. Upon attempting assembly, it became immediately clear that the set was missing a significant number of parts. After completing an inventory, we discovered that over 400 pieces were missing. We contacted KidKraft on April 7 and again on April 28. On both occasions, we were informed that 125 parts were backordered with no estimated date of arrival. Since then, we have attempted to proceed with the build using the parts we had, resuming construction as items arrived. However, the process has been slow and ineffective due to continued delays and incomplete shipments. Over the past several months, my husband and I have been in frequent contact with your team via both phone and email. While representatives have consistently been polite, we have repeatedly been told that there are internal management changes and that the parts will be sent as soon as possible. Despite being told that management would follow up with us directly, we have received no communication or resolution. By the end of June, we were still missing critical structural components and could not safely complete or secure the swing set. We anchored the set to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, due to the incomplete and unstable structure, the swing set was blown over and sustained damage, including splintered wood which were broken off the bolts. On July 8, we once again reached out—this time including a list of damaged parts in need of replacement. We received yet another generic response stating that the parts are backordered and no timeline could be provided. At this point, we are no longer willing to wait indefinitely for a product we paid for in full nearly four months ago. The swing set remains unfinished, damaged, and unusable. Our children, for whom this purchase was made, still do not have the play structure we were promised. We requested an immediate resolution and are prepared to pursue further action if necessary. We have made every effort to be patient and reasonable. It was KidKraft's responsibility to deliver a timely and fair resolution in which they haven't thus far. We're hoping this review will encourage them to work with us further as we are very discouraged %26 upset we purchased this item from them.

It's a very nice looking set. We bought this for the kids Christmas present. Within a couple months time, the wood has began cracking in places. I will say our kids only use it maybe a couple times a week, if that. I could not find a return policy so buy at your own risk.

Did not like it. It's not safe for kids under four because of the climbing stairs it's high. It's not worth the money. I'm gonna return it. I feel so bad that I had to be to install it and now I have to be to take it apart so I retain it.

We ordered this product and it came missing a significant amount of parts. Connected kidkraft and they were easy to work with, however once they got our request with all the product numbers needed we were informed that some of the parts were out of stock and they didn't know when they'd be back in stock. We ended up having to return everything after we had opened it all to assemble. Several hours of work later and sadly the kids still don't have a swing set. Walmart customer service was awesome to work with though!

Box 2 was cancelled the day of delivery, you can not just order 1 box of a set, so purchased a whole new set and they tried to deliver box 2 for the first order that was damaged, so they were suppose to do exchange box 2 on December 20th and never received replacement box. Took a month to get refund on first order. Returned 3 boxes to Walmart on Jan. 13, only ones being refunded and box 2 that they have had a month still no refund.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IS A SCAM. Walmart will not send the packages and will not give you a refund. They will blame it on the marketplace and scam you out of money. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. Do not buy. No refund no playground a complete scam.
