Playset
The play set is great my grandkids love it. The installation was horrible. Took two men 3 1/2 days to put this together. It was awful. Now that it's done it's great though. Also, it's delivered in a 53 foot trailer make certain it can get to your driveway to your house.

Unsafe
Had this installed yesterday and the quality of material is not good. The climbing rails were loose and the wooden ladder already broke. Luckily our daughter didn't get hurt. Less than 24 hours of having it up. And took 2 days for them to install it. We aren't happy and afraid for our kids to climb on it as it is high. That was expected but didn't expect for it to split wood and break so soon. Dangerous.

Missing broken pieces
Missing all the bolts. Broken pieces. Contacted company which were backordered of replacement parts. Contacted Walmart. Com. They sent a replacement box which were also full of broken Pieces. Awful quality.

Not worth it. You will wait a VERY long time
What a terrible experience this has been, and we don't even have the playground installed yet. I bought this on 03/09 and the install has been rescheduled 3 times! They don't even tell you till the day of the install date that they postponed it (have to wait another 2 weeks). If you do decide to buy this you will be waiting a very very long time to get it installed. Would not recommend this company or backyard products.
