Kids Lap Desk Tray, Portable Activity Table, Pink

These desks are great, as far as I can tell. My kids haven't actually used them yet, but they seem sturdy and durable. The bright colors are very nice, as well.

All of my kids love to paint and this is the perfect painting tray for them. They sit on the floor and if it gets painted on I just wipe it with a wet cloth!

This is the real, dependable version of the $6 ?large lap tray? sold on this site. The cheaper one is sold for adults, but buckled under the weight of my computer and books. Both are large enough to hold a 13? laptop. Both have 8? legs. The only reason this is marketed for kids is because it is sturdier and would hold up to kids being rough, better than the flimsy version. Literally the only difference is the thickness of the plastic. For over six times the price, I had kind of hoped it would be sturdier than it is, but it?s better than one that?s going to fold up on you. I?m sure this will hold up through my class, and for a while to come. Holds everything I need for summer session. Not too bad, since I have to have surgery and will be bedridden for a part of the term. There is so much more storage than you can tell in the picture. One side holds three books and a notebook, the other a book all my pens and markers, and a beverage. Really, the only thing missing is somewhere to put a mouse, although it would work great for a Surface or other tablet, plus mouse. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I wish the legs were a little longer. They are still the same length as the ?adult? tray, and will do.

I would have thought that one of the places would be to hold a cup or canned beverage. I ordered this for grandkids would have a tray for having a snack in front of tv on the floor and also for their craft/ paint projects. I am not even sure that one of the openings can be used to hold the water for paint brushes.

The Portable Kids Lap Desk Tray is useful for keeping kids occupied during road trips with compartments for art supplies and snacks. However, the compartments are a bit small.

Great until I found out Michaels sells these for a third of the price. Live and learn.
