I thought it was a 10 inch tablet like the android 15 I ordered a while back what does my order require it to be in size

we ordered a blue tablet received a pink one and now it won't charge the charging port is pushed down and the frame is cracked

No instructions and now it's locked andit won't connect to the internet. I went online to try to find a way to reset it and once it was reset it now only shows Mandarin. So I have no way to now get you so English at all. Now it's just a paperweight. No help from Walmart since they said it was a third party vendor.

Ordered blue case they sent pink. Does not stay charged slow response

Never even got it 'lost in transit' have a feeling this is a common thing

This tablet reminds me of 2010. Slow to respond, moderate hold for wifi, limited options for customization, and just frustrating. Poor reponse is my number one issue with this product, its a step above dial up and satellite connections... not something I recommend, but it does work and with patience, it works fine. But technology is better than this today, it was a blast from the past. Will return!

I do not like this item. there is suppose to be access for google play store and its not allowing us to sign in to download other apps

I purchased this tablet for my grandson who was not i purchased this tablet for my grandson who was not too at the time two at the time. He seems to love using it for watching Sesame Street on YouTube. Very easy to use.

Nothing was already downloaded on the tablets u have to use WiFi ordinary for it to work I feel like it was just a gimme for a person to buy them and I brought two of them wish I never did

I love this item it arrived very quickly. I purchased it for my grandson he is in love with his tablet. He learns a lot from it has different learning levels for him it's a challenge for him i think that's what he loves because it keeps him occupied. He's upset we he can't get on it, to me it's not like you're normal tablet that kids just play games on. this gives them a learning experience i really recommend this tablet.
