Gave a one for cuteness only
Bought 2 of these - one to be a car seat and one to be a booster (2 kids). For the car seat the straps are IMPOSSIBLE to tighten. I have checked that they are threaded properly, not twisted, nothing jamming them; they're just hard to tighten. I literally have to get in the car, push my knees against the base and pull with all my might. then pull the straps at my sons chest and tighten again - repeat 5-6 times. My body builder husband even has a hard time so it's not just me. For the booster, the seatbelt constantly gets twisted, comes out of the guide, or gets stuck and doesn't tighten all the way. No, I would definitely NOT recommend this seat.
