I purchased this crawling crab toy hoping it would encourage my baby's tummy time, but unfortunately it has several significant problems.
Navigation Problems: The obstacle avoidance feature doesn't work as advertised. Instead of smoothly avoiding objects, the crab travels in weird, erratic paths and frequently gets stuck in corners. This means constant supervision and intervention to keep it moving, which defeats the purpose of an "automatic" toy.
Battery Life is Terrible: After a full 3-hour charge, the toy only runs for about 20 minutes before dying. This is incredibly frustrating and makes it impractical for extended play sessions. For the price, I expected much better battery performance.
Bottom Line: While the concept is great and the lights and music initially attracted my baby's attention, the poor navigation and extremely short battery life make this toy more hassle than it's worth. I cannot recommend this product until these issues are addressed.
