These are a little heavier than I expected. This is a good thing, they will last a while. The texture is good. I roasted a chicken on one without issues.

These are really nice. I like the weight, they are not light like cheap aluminum sheets that warp the first time you use them. these clean up easily. The reason I only give 3 stars is something that was not put in the details and I never say in reviews (that does not mean it was not touched upon, I may have just not seen it): There is a paper that comes with these on how to best care for your pans, and it states very clearly that they need to be thoroughly dried after washing, no air drying. That is why 3 stars. Im not sure I would have purchased them if I had known that. Im not returning them because it took me to long to find a decent set that I liked. These will do even with the inconvenience of not being able to air dry.

Most times I get a baking sheet and use it for chicken and other meets and the residue remains no matter how hard I scrub or some protected coating on the sheet disappears. So far, with this brand, it's easy to clean and looks new each time. How long that lasts I don't know yet but I know I am glad I bought this brand.

Luv, Luv, Luv! Replaced my old rusty looking sheet pans (my bad for using dishwasher). These are so nice and food doesn't stick and clean up a breeze. They do require hand wash, but not a problem. I may have to get them in gold tone too!

would give these no stars if i could. why is there an orange/brown liquid that leaks from under the edges in the first couple washes? i washed twice because of the mystery liquid itself. haven't even used them.

Love these baking pans. So pretty yet sturdy. I'm so excited to finally be throwing away those alwful ugly ones that I have been using! The sizes are perfect too, and they nest inside of each other. Highly recommend.
