The right balance
There are a lot of Thai Style Chili Sauces out there. This one, for me has the right balance of sweet and spice. I like spicy, but not to the point it's a challenge to enjoy. Balanced. Depending on my recipe I might add some sugar, but there is a sweetness to this sauce. I used it when I cook shrimp. I cook my shrimp almost through, drain, add back to the pan with butter and this sauce and get it to a boil. The sauce freezes well. Local stores stopped carrying it so I bought this huge container. Once opened I will portion it and freeze.

This is the best! Super tangy with a nice subtle bite to it. Not to hot!
