Great Video!
I had this cd before and I was so sad to have found it was cracked when I went to use it. I found it on YouTube but there was a charge so I figured why not buy the cd to own again. So I bought it at Walmart.com. Such a good workout cd to own. Really effective for abs while burning fat.

Get ripped!
Big Jillian fan. I have all of her DVDs and adding this one was the cherry on top. My abs weren't quite ripped until I stared this DVD. It's pretty amazing! Jillian knows exactly what you need. Excellent body blasting exercising, working everything, but mainly abs.

This CD is awesome
I just did it once and I love it. I could feel my stomach tightening up as the night was going on.i tried to do it again today but i have to wait-it killed me I love it. I just wish i knew how many times a week to do it in the beginning . but when i get going i'm going to try and do it 5 to 6 times a week. i'm scared when i get to the 3rd.level. it's definitely worth buying. Serious workout she is great

Im sure this dvd would be good except for the fact I had to return it. I popped it in and Jillian says 'welcome to 3rd level'. Did not see anywhere in description it was third level.

this product was broken it wont work
how to do I get a new one I cant even use it because when Iopened it, broken. can I go to the store or do I need to mail it back.. Im sure its a great product just wish I COULD use it.. Thanks :)
