Very good product! Used the for commercial use when I worked in the oilfield.. Great for mechanics and garages! The Upgraded “Over All” version of Porch %26 Patio by KILM rates with “Flexall” rubberized paints for half the price.. Both long lasting but make sure paint dries by manufacturer recommendations before adding a second coat if desired. ~g

exactly what we were looking for. concerned that the shade was too dark and lackluster but as it was on covered front porch, we took our chances. love the color and sheen. will see how durable it becomes.

I used this paint on my wood porch and it holds up well. I used the slate gray color. Looks great.

Used on the trim around the stables. Looks good.

Because I am confident this product will last as long as it did before. I have used this product and find that it is durable, has good coverage and looks good.

pretty good paint for the porch. I have a concrete step down and I did get some bubbling, which is hard to avoid on days where there is a pot of summer heat. Overall it did coat on decently, but it needs a sealer which I did apply later.

too dark and didn't cover well.

I used this on my Shed floor that I converted to a workshop.. I put 2 coats down and it looked great.. unfortunately that didnt last. within a few days I found that the paint started rubbing off leavinf areas of higher used starting to show the wood floor. I would have expected it to hold up better as its stated as having great durability in high traffic areas.

I am still waiting to receive my order which was delayed. I have ordered this product from Walmart in the past.
