Upon receiving the package, I discovered that all the perfumes had been spilled. I promptly contacted Walmart's exceptional customer service team, who promptly resolved the issue. In contrast, I received emails from a third-party company called MILANO, which exhibited a complete lack of customer service. Their response was highly unprofessional and they requested pictures of the products, which I provided. Subsequently, they sent another email claiming that I was flooding their email inbox. Given the poor product quality and the abysmal customer service experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from MILANO in the future. Their negative reputation is well-deserved.

Decided to take a chance after seeing a negative review about their order arriving in terrible condition %26 ordered this because I've been wsnting to try if a few of these perfumes and the price was right, do yourself a favor and don't. Two other bottles arrive completely empty but alcohol from the perfume that spilled caused plastic onto the perfume bottles %26 erased most of the lettering/paint. It's insane that not only did I get a ruined package, but I can't even get my money back without the hassle of shipping this back or spending my own time and gas to go return this in person.
