Dark chocolate is one of my very favorite flavors; even plain, it has a note that tastes faintly like cherry, and so the cherries explicitly included here have the effect of using a subtle color tone in a fine leather and placing a pillow on the piece of the color hinted at, thus amplifying it beautifully.
