I love it
It has a good flavor and very good ingredients, the texture the coconut flavor, the size is good for the snack or only if you need something not so sweet without guilt, the nutritious ingredients with too good effects

For the Coconutlovers!
My favorite Kind bar flavor! Coconut-lovers, like me, will enjoy the fresh coconut taste and almond blend. It's a the perfect midday snack with 4g of protein and only 190 calories.

I appreciate the fact that these Bars have no bioengineered ingredients. I prefer to eat food not something that some "Engineer" has played with

macaroons!
Chocolate makes my stomach acid, so I continue to explore all the wonderful KIND bars that have little or no chocolate. The Almond & Coconut bars were a delightful surprise: they have the taste and texture of expensive, moist, chewy macaroons! I am never going to be without them again.

Delicious, but hard on my stomach
I had one of these bars for the first time 2 days ago. It was absolutely delicious, but within an hour, I had some pretty intense stomach pain that lasted almost 12 hours. None of the other Kind bars that I've tried have done this to me, but I'm not sure what makes these different. If the rating was on taste alone, though, it would absolutely be 5 star in my opinion
