it is rare for me to rate something five, or the highest stars/score . the highest for me is usually one under, only because we all can use improvement, and companies don't need extra encouragement to accept mediocrity. ha! anyway, these kind bars are a total must if you love chocolate they have great flavor and they are typically chewy, sometimes on the softer side, but sometimes a box will be a little less chewy, less soft I'm not sure why that happens, perhaps in shipping, who knows. anyway when this happens that they are harder, I will remove from the plastic, wrap loosely in paper towels, and microwave for about 8 seconds, then turn them over and decide how many more seconds from there they get warm and soft. they don't need much time. I'm happy Kind makes these.

I love these things. They're great for a quick breakfast when you're not that hungry and also make a great, relatively healthy snack on the go. I always keep a couple in my car just in case.

These taste very good. I like a couple of the other flavors, but this particular one has less sodium than the others.

These KIND Dark Chocolate Cocoa Breakfast Protein Bars are perfect for breakfast or a snack. They're my go to for a late night snack, paired with some Better Goods Vanilla Almond Milk. They're not too heavy on your stomach, just right and they take amazing, a little dry but still great!

I like to eat them frozen.

This is a winner. For me, this is a good desert after a meal considering the sweetness, the amount of protein and texture. I highly recommend the Chocolate Cocoa flavor over others.

kind company never falls down on the job. this has no nuts in it but seeds and grains which amazingly taste great and don't dry out the mouth like most of the style does. would buy again

I used to love the dark chocolate cocoa breakfast protein bars, they were a staple product in our household that we would buy in bulk. However, without warning they changed the formula for the worse. At first I thought I bought a bad batch or that they were expired or something, but after buying them again and again and checking that they weren't expired, I realized the box they were packaged in wasn't the only thing that changed. I feel mislead because there was no warning on the box that the formula had changed. I hate the taste of the new formula. The bar is now hard and has lost its flavor, especially the sweetness that it used to have. It tastes expired. I will no longer be buying this bar unless they announce that they are reverting back to the old formula. The fact that they didn't announce a formula change feels extremely misleading. I understand cocoa prices went up but please be transparent with your loyal customers about changes to your products.
