Kind Health Bars are a great pickup for Breakfast.
In my journey to be healthier, I began to try Kind after trying them I branched out and keep these in my refrigerator for me and introduced them to my grandchildren cutting out the candy bars. I have tried all to include the Keto bars. Snacks or pick me ups. The grands saw opening the special box and these are their “snacks “.

Very Tasty and relatively good for you
I guess it is all about individual taste, but we love these for afternoon snacking. Sometimes for a little extra protein, eat a few pecans while eating. yummy.

Caramel.....MMMMmmm, Caramel
The caramel flavor is such a lovely complement to the almonds in these bars. I love that I can actually see the ingredients as I am eating them. My family also seems to enjoy them since they disappear as quick as I can get them in the cupboard, lol!

I am love this product by Kind bars. I am glad that they have a large box size. The taste is crunchy, nutty and it's good in the refrigerator or right out of the box!

Tastes good but too expensive
These are on the smaller size for energy bars. They are tasty, chewy but nothing special to warrant the high price. Imagine spreading caramel over peanuts and sprinkle with sea salt, and you have this bar. It would be a good purchase if it were half the price.

Received product on curbside over year out of date
I received a box on curbside that was out of date April 2035. Otherwise new product is excellent. We had to throw away a $14.. box.
