KIND Nut Bars, Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, 1.4 oz, 12 Count

These are perfect when you want just a bite or two of something chocolate and sweet but healthy and good for me at the same time. Since Kind has new ownership, I watch for sales and try to make my purchases then due to price increases. Walmart seems to be among the top sellers of my choice.

I feel completely sated after eating 3 of these "peanut butter dark chocolate snack bars" for breakfast (a total of 600 calories) with a glass of soy milk. Also, I experience no signs of sugar spikes or crashes. In fact, they have helped me with my weight loss goal. Amazingly, after eating these bars at the top of the day, I have no desire to eat for several hours. Usually, around 2 or 3 pm I have my main meal of the day, a good dinner; my go to, a Mediterranean style salad featuring a portion of salmon (my favorite fish). After this meal, I have no snack cravings. I can't tell you how very happy I am to have discovered Kind bars. (I would, however, caution anyone who has diabetes or other serious health conditions to check with a doctor before attempting this routine.) Blessings!

I love these peanut butter dark chocolate protein bars. They are very tasty and are a decent snack for that extra pick me up or to hold you off until your next meal.

I hate cinnamon and that's an ingredient in so many things. I had to read through many protein bar options to find one that did not contain that ingredient. This product is not advertised as curbing appetites but it has helped me to cut back on unhealthy snack habits. I purchased it to eat when I do not have time to have breakfast, but was very happy with the unexpected result of my appetite being controlled to not desire a snack before lunch. I ordered from on line because the store was out of the exact flavor that I wanted. I purchased a box of another flavor and did not experience the curbed appetite so I purchased the amount necessary online to qualify for free shipping and was very happy with the speed it was delivered in. I enjoy feeling my belly fat reducing and my slacks fitting better. I don't have time for anything other than walking for exercise so I believe my morning KIND bar is responsible for less belly fat.

I loved the bar so much, I had to share with my friends (but secretly didn't want to - I wanted to eat them all myself). I will definitely be getting these again. The chocolate is a nice touch when you crave something sweet, but if you want to try something a little healthier go for the blueberry pecan Kind Bar.

I love these Kind bars! They satisfy my sweet tooth without exactly being candy bars. Great taste, and good and filling for a snack.

These bars are absolutely delicious. They are satisfying and I'm sure you will enjoy them very much. I highly recommend them.

Quality product. We enjoy them as a to go breakfast , an anytime snack or even as dessert! A treat that leans toward being a but healthier.

It's been downgraded to a candy bar by the makers; no protein info touted on the box's front. I've always seen it as a tier or so above a snicker's bar. Of course, it's cleaner, but it's cheaper to just buy your own nuts and chocolate chips %26 make a trail mix-- the reason I don't recommend.

I have loved kind bars for a while, especially this flavor. Unfortunately the bars changes along with the new packaging. The new bars are more chewy vs crunchy and the texture is just off.
