Different shape and size than the caramel Almond nut bar I usually go for. 2 thin squares of seeds something like a birdseed feeder for your parakeet, but with honey holding it all together, it's OK

Mild flavor, enhance with healthy spreads for fun.
This new flavor of breakfast bars is very mild. Some people would say not much taste. I like them because they seem a little less less hard gritty and chewy than the other almond and chocolate flavor flavors. It must be the honey. I will buy them again because they're perfect to spread something on …as no sugar jelly, sunflower butter ( organic, or chocolate)., peanut butter, ,, pumpkin butter, anything like that .. even cream cheese!

They reformulated this with overly processed soy. The taste is so bad now. The taste is more dry and chalky. I will not repurchase until they go back to the older, cleaner, formula.

Did not receive item despite associate saying it's was picked up… and even put that order was picked up after pointing out several items were missing!
