I used one of these and I didn't have pain. I felt great. Once it was over after a while I decided to use a charcoal toothpaste to get whiter teeth and the pain came back stronger. I can't wait to buy these back!

My sister gifted this to us for my autistic toddler. this is not flavorless, it foes have s mild mint flavor
