Definitely not just for kids! 24 year old female here, learning a bit about carpentry. Started to have issues with staying asleep, as I would wake up bawling from horrible muscle spasms in my arms from overworking them. I have tried many brands, even some overpriced NON-GMO brands, and would get relief from my muscle spasms (only to start to have issues with my Restless Leg Sydrome -- which hasn't been triggered since I was 13 years old!) NO problems with that, with this specific drink! Can't wait to try out the other flavors to see how it goes for me.

Great taste good foe diabetics, no dyes. Makes me feel better.

GOOD DOES ITS JOB

Oral electrolyte solutions are used widely for rehydration in diarrheal illness and to maintain hydration during vigorous exercise. In diarrheal illness, an oral rehydration solution (ORS) typically is preferred over intravenous fluids except for patients with severe dehydration.

I use KinderLyte - Oral Electrolyte Solution Strawberry Punch, not just for when I am sick to keep hydrated but, also for recovery from exercise. My daughter even takes it before she goes get tattooed to make sure she is well hydrated. This is very important to have about 10 years ago I got sick with a virus and got so dehydrated I ended up in the hospital. So if you are sick this solution is a must, sports drinks just do not cut it when you are very sick, you need the electolyte to keep you healthy and the taste is good.

My child absolutely enjoyed the taste of Oral Electrolyte SolutionStrawberry Punch. I gave her a very small amount. She did have a fit because I wouldn't give her more. I didn't even know this was a thing for children. The product comes in a large size bottle.

Its always a good idea to keep electrolyte solution in the house. It has the same ingredients as Pedialyte but I believe the kinderlyte solution has more sodium, which is great if the child is really dehydrated. The taste is OK, not too bad. . my kids didn't like it too much. I will freeze it as an ice pop for next time.

This is real amazing. I personally feel like everybody should always have this due to the fact that works effectively in real fast. it helps with your immune system such as if you're sick and you have a cold or flu and you're constantly vomiting and this is something that you will need to take affect you need to be hydrated and have lots of electrolytes. It doesn't taste bad kind of taste like a Gatorade‘s well they have different flavors. Which is a plus very affordable to.

Great taste but, bottle was bent badly. Packaging was also terrible. A bag? That definitely should've been in a box or package where movement wasn't allowed.

This was not taken by my toddler who was sick. Waste of $. She refused it. The taste must be terrible. She is not picky at all.
