This fruit punch flavored Kinderlyte beverage is really good. I purchased this on a whim to keep on hand whenever I feel dehydrated. Well, I decided to try it this morning. While I'll admit that I prefer Pedialyte as a liquid rehydration supplement, this fruit punch flavor wasn't bad. I didn't need to dilute it with water. The taste wasn't overly sweet nor was the liquid thick. I felt less fatigued afterwards because I'd rehydrated.

I was very happy to find Kinderlyte Natural Electrolytes Hydration drink and experience the benefits. I have tried other natural hydration products and one had such a strong salt taste that I couldn't even drink it!! But Kinderlyte has found the perfect combo of enjoyable natural flavors. These Kinderlytes are great tasting electrolyte drinks that really help rehydrate your body. I not only drink them when I'm sick and need the extra fluids but also sometimes after a heavy workout when I've sweat aa lot. I like that these drinks aren't too sweet, but still tastes great and contains vitamins and electrolytes to help your body recover. alsoI love that it doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners or chemicals as I really try to eat and drink clean. I received this product for a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried all three flavors and I think the Fruit Punch is my favorite. The taste is great. But other than a great taste I don't notice any real benefits unless I'm drinking a lot and trying to prevent a hangover. This is not an energy drink, it is an electrolyte/hydration drink that has a smooth taste. The label needs some work. The flavor text needs to be bigger or bolder. It is nice that there is nothing artificial in the drinks. Maybe instead of posting all the signs they could post fruits with signs inside the fruits.

I purchased the Kinderlyte Electrolyte Solution in the fruit punch flavor. The product works as promised. It is a great item to add to the recovery of any time of illness or even after a lot of physical activity. I used it, as well as my children during the current cold/flu season started up and it seemed to aid in our recovery and make us feel better just from the vitamins and minerals. This product is not very good, it has way too much sodium and carbs in it. I guess if you're a baby it might be ok but for an adult that is diabetic and has high blood pressure it is NOT ok. It also does not taste very good.
