The Kinderlyte PLUS Electrolyte Solution really helped me hydrate quick! I loved the taste of the cherry punch. I honestly thought it would be too sweet but it was perfect. I drank/sipped the first cup at room temperature and drank the rest cold after refrigerating for awhile, it was good both ways! I noticed my lips weren't as dry and I finally felt hydrated. It is a good source of zinc, sodium, chloride, potassium, and it's plant based too! This worked much better than other brands I have tried and this will be my new go to for hydration.

I purchased the Kinderlyte Electrolyte Solution in the cherry punch flavor. The product works as promised. It is a great item to add to the recovery of any time of illness or even after a lot of physical activity. Pretty good but keep an eye on your salt intake. Much faster recovery than anything else I’ve had. They are on close out for 3.00 a bottle in some stores.

I received this product for a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried all three flavors and I think the Fruit Punch is my favorite. The taste is great. But other than a great taste I don't notice any real benefits unless I'm drinking a lot and trying to prevent a hangover. This is not an energy drink, it is an electrolyte/hydration drink that has a smooth taste. The label needs some work. The flavor text needs to be bigger or bolder. It is nice that there is nothing artificial in the drinks. Maybe instead of posting all the signs they could post fruits with signs inside the fruits.
