These have me in a chokehold

Cass November 8, 2025

These are delicious. They're expensive. You get very few of them for what they cost. You could make 3x as many homemade for the cost but they are GOOD. They taste amazing. They crisp up perfectly (I ignore the directions. I spray them with a little olive oil and put them in the air fryer at 400 for usually 12-15 minutes. Turn halfway, spray again.) in my air fryer and the sauce packet? Delicious. Making homemade smashed potatoes is a bit of work and it's just me for dinner usually, so it's not always worth the effort when I'm cooking to make them myself. These are great because I can just pull a couple out and make them without feeling like I wasted time. I am a picky eater myself, and I still adore these.

Skincare K gives 2 thumbs up

Kirstin December 31, 2025

Did these and some TJ shiitake garlic green beans with Aldi prime rib for NYE and it was a show stopper for everyone! I feel for the price there should be even a few more in there to be a regular occurrence side in our house but special occasion is perfect and worth it!

Yum!

Kaite November 17, 2025

so tasty and so easy! I needed a quick side that was not boring and these were a hit! The liquid gold is perfect but you could save it for a different dish and make these a bit healthier if you are in a pinch and looking for a lower cal side dish and dont have time to par boil, smash, and bake potatoes.

It’s a good potato

Amanda March 24, 2026

I wish they made bigger bags. There is enough in one bag for 2 servings/plates. The potatoes are super easy to make and cooked all the way through. The liquid gold packet has a decent flavor. It tastes like Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parm. It threw me off a little bit on a smash potato but was fine.

Scarce portions

Jennifer December 15, 2025

I got these delivered with Walmart because we love all of the Kinder’s seasonings. There were literally 11 mini potatoes in the bag. The serving size is 1 Tbsp. It was enough for me and my husband as a side dish but don’t think you are going to feed a family with this. You cook the potatoes and the.pour the oil/butter packet over it when they are done and toss them in it. I didn’t use the whole packet because it seemed quite greasy. They tasted good though. Just not enough for the money, would be better to make your own from scratch.

very small amount of potatoes in the package.

Ashley November 30, 2025

These were delicious. Easy to prepare. But the quantity, the amount of potatoes in the package was absolutely disappointing. The package states 4 servings. There was barely enough for two servings unless your feeding toddlers. I am providing a photo. keep in mind these are very tiny potatoes. I was so sad about this. I will not purchase again due to this.

Listen, you're reading because you don't want to waste your money. The potatoes are good, sure. But after buying these a few times, it's clear that they're scamming you with these. I just made a bag today and let's just say it was... pitiful-looking in my bowl. A laughable portion, I mean. Like lunchables status. TLDR; If you want their tasty potatoes at a more reasonable cost, consider the Kinders french fry variants instead, which are cheaper/oz and are much larger portions than this sorry excuse for a product

Small

Treanna November 13, 2025

The Fortune size is way too small for how much you have to pay for that little . There should be more inside the bag and not so much air. Other than that the taste is good. The quality is off. Potatoes are kinda soggy. You have to like cook them very very long, but it's OK.

Disappointed! ☹️

jeanna July 19, 2025

they are a rip off! you are just paying for the name! the bag I bought had literally 17 potatoes in it not even enough to feed my family. and way to much in the seasoning packet. I used what was left for another meal the next night. don't get me wrong I love Kinder brand products. but this isn't worth the money you pay.

$5 for two handfuls of potatoes is laughable.

Kyle December 2, 2025

Just look at the picture for the product, it shows a bag with what looks like a lot of product, there's nothing in this bag, got this delivered so I wasn't there to physically see this product in person before purchasing. False advertising as far as I'm concerned, but the ingredients yourself it's way cheaper.
