I tried the Kinder's Steak Blend and wow, it is very flavorful. I found it had to be used sparingly because the pepper had quite a bite. Per the picture below, you can see the grind is not a fine grind. We used it on steak and on chicken. I didn't have much of an issue with the salt content. The blend has what I would want in a grilling spice, but a bit too strong on pepper and we like pepper. After our first usage, we just adjusted the amount used and it was really good. This seasoning makes steak very flavorful and juicy! It did make my steak a little too salty though and I didn't even add any extra salt in the beginning. I also tried it with steak because I usually love that flavor and don't love chicken and it was really great as well!

I dislike it's small

Kinder's Steak Blend has nice big crystals of salt and pieces of dehydrated onion and garlic and lemon peel. I like those crunchy tidbits on my steak when I bite into it. It has a bit of heat to the spice, but nothing too hot or overpowering. I think this would work on other meats as well, such as pork or chicken. It has a nice tanginess from the lemon in it and a subtle sweetness from cane sugar in addition to the saltiness. The combination of salt, sweet, sour and heat balances the flavor well.
