I have obstructive sleep apnea and use mouth tape along with my therapy, i have tried several high priced mouth tapes but decided to give this a try. It works great!! and is a tremendous value over the so called mouth tapes. I cut to size with scissors and stays put but still easy off in morning. I highly recommend and will be using for now on going forward.

This tape has really helped alleviate much of the knee pain I experience due to arthritis. I'm so glad my sister recommended it.

This tape works great. I have arthritis in my hands. I cut it down to fit around my swollen fingers and wrists. It stays on all day.

Not the best tape I've tried. It sticks too well to the scissors and not well enough to the skin.

Comes off wayyy too easily. Not sweat proof. Stays on for about like an hour and a half.
