This is great Kinesiology Tape. It adheres well to my skin and does the job as well as any other brand. I've been using it for running support and I'm very pleased with how it works. I haven't experienced any irritation or other issues whatsoever from using this product. It's also a good value for the price with how much tape you get, and I like that it's precut. I've used this tape for knee pain and wow it works great! I followed the instructions and it was easy to use. Adhesive sticks well
Nice tape, I used it for joint injuries when I play sports and it helps, gives good support, it lasts over a week without much peeling off. So far so good, will be buying more.
Easy to use. As someone shoulder pain, it's a great alternative to strips.

I just wish they were a little bigger
They really don't stay on with the edges coming lose. Might be I put them in an area of my knee where there was too much movement!
