My 3 year old loves this!! I think some of the accessories could have been more thought out and the molds for the toppings are a little small but a great toy!!

My kids have been playing with this all day. The kinetic sand is great, and squish like enough to make faux ice cream. Ample play time. Overall, we are all satisfied with this product!

Great item for kid fun day, easy to use and clean up. This is my second time purchasing for my child and she loves it. I have no complaints at this time.

This made the granddaughter very happy. We have to perfect the correct amount of sand so when we pull it out we don't destroy the top. I would definitely buy this again.

It's cute…. The sand does not come out in the shape of an ice cream cone, it comes out like how you pick up a handful of the sand and it falls apart, and if you pack it into see if it'll work, then you can't get it out. My 5yo took the sand and never again tried the ice cream thing, which when it comes to play dough, is something he's obsessed with so that says a lot. But the price was great, probably cheaper than buying the sand alone, so I'm fine with it

This playset is hard for the kids to use, the sand doesn't really work in this type of playset Maybe would be better with play doh, my kids couldn't get the plunger to push the "ice cream" through. It would get stuck I think molds and plastic knives for slicing would be better,like all the you tube videos

I have purchased a number of the kinetic sand toys and for the most part they are great. This one however, the pieces did not connect well, and my granddaughter wasn't able to use all of the parts because it was so unstable. The colored sand is beautiful, but this particular structure was not great.

There are no exact amounts listed of each color of kinetic sand so you're forced to rely on the pictures which are 100% a misrepresentation of what you actually receive. There is no white, only gray, and the box shows plenty of blue and pink to make its own ice cream cone yet there's not enough you are forced to use the Gray if you wanna make an actual cone.

I bought this for my kids and they played with it only a few times before I had to put a stop to it. The sand gets absolutely everywhere — on their clothes, stuck in the carpet, on the couch, on any fabric it touches. And once it's there, it is not easy to get out. Shaking doesn't work. Vacuuming just spreads it around. The recommended age is 3–5 years and up depending on the retailer, but no one warns you that this product is essentially a disaster waiting to happen on any carpeted or upholstered surface. The box makes it look like a fun, contained activity — it is not. This sand travels.

Packaging was not presentable. First time doing curbside for my groceries. Never again. These people are so incompetent and incapable of handling their job.
