If you follow directions exactly on the package they come out perfect. Well almost perfect. I like to add a little vanilla extract or sometimes lemon extract for some extra flavor. In all most gluten-free products don't taste so good. But this product is great.

I followed the directions as written. Then I folded in 3 egg whites that I made from egg white powder, added 1/2 tablespoon of GF, aluminum free baking powder, vanilla and almond extract. The pictures below is what I made this time. Kind of like souffle pancakes, my version. I made blueberry jam from the blueberries I froze last year. They are very fluffy and filling.

I have celiac and if you know you know everything gluten free is nasty! This is SO GOOD! I wish they made bigger bags! I make mini waffles with my mix 🙌 some times i add a little vanilla for flavor but it totally does not need it.

I love this pancake mix!! I grew up on Bisquick. This is much better and has fewer ingredients, which makes it healthier. I also want to know why Walmart says on the product page that it's a multi pack, but I only got one bag

I don't have celiac, but I do have a significant sensitivity to gluten. Dairy is really hard on me, too, but these can be made with a non-dairy milk. Gluten-free items are never going to be exactly the same as those with wheat, but KA's pancake mix comes close.

We have waffles weekly and usually we love the aldi brand but we figured we'd go all out and get the name brand stuff! We followed the waffle instructions and they turned out too hard super crispy on the outside and the inside was dry.

I purchased two 6-packs of this pancake mix and only received 2 individual packs! To make matters worse, Walmart is refusing to send the missing items!

I have been desperate to find a good pancake mix that won't cause me stomach discomfort now that I have IBS. I finally decided to cook with this one day last week, and it was more so like fried cakes than pancakes. I only pinched off one to see how it tasted and it didn't at all taste like a pancake to me. Based off on a little bit of pinching caused my stomach to hurt all throughout the day into the night--even when I switched to eating oatmeal for breakfast. I threw this mix straight into the garbage🤢🤢. I have since recovered some. Wouldn't want anyone buying this crap.
