Love this product. They are great plain or with mix-ins. My kids love them. I just wish the store more frequently carried these in stock. Frequently they have to be shipped to me instead.

OMG! I bought some for a friend and she raved about them so decided to order more and split them with her (the choc chip cookies too). Just the right size for the rich flavor. Easy to prepare, quick in the microwave, and warm and gooey. Will be ordering more when these are gone! Whoever came up with these deserves a raise!!

As a Gluten-Free-by-choice individual, I was delighted to find your muffin mix ! I always have it on hand, and make and share a batch frequently. My favorite add-ins are raisins, craisins, and nuts, frequently adding chopped peaches, too. Thanks for a great, tasty product.

We love adding apple jammy bits, cinnamon sweet bits, or nuts, or adding our favorite jam in the center of the muffin (fill halfway, add jam, fill the remaining amount). We bake ours for a shorter time and let it finish baking the final few minutes while the muffins cool in the pan. Great leftovers that are still moist for the next few days when stored properly!

I just switched to a gluten-free diet and up until I tried these I was having a hard time finding things that were gluten-free and tasted good. These little brownie cups are soooo yummy. I couldn't wait to dig in. The flavor is super chocolaty and right out of the microwave they are so gooey. Total bliss if you love chocolate, I can't believe they're gluten-free. The little cups cost about $2.50 each but the flavor is huge and totally worth it.

This is a delicious muffin mix and the best of all the others that I've tried. You can't distinguish it from a muffin that is not gluten-free, as several of my friends have told me. I spread the mix into 18 muffin tins and they rise fine. I also add 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips -- not much -- for but for me, those chips make it even better.

Excellent taste! The family likes the King Arthur fruit gummies in them one of the best. I like to experiment with different fruits and nuts. We all love them for breakfast. So easy to make being gluten free. Love the mix. Texture and taste, perfect!

I have made the muffins twice! I would have made them more often but because of the Covid 19 the mix wasn't available. The muffins are delicious. I made them with blueberries. Freeze them and take out one when I get up and it's thawed when I'm ready.

Love this mix,, muffins stay fresh and tasty for up to 5 days with no freezing required. Easy to use, great rise and so many add in's it's hard to choose what to put in. I made coffee and walnut, jammie bits, dried fruit etc. All beautiful. Try it your love it.

My husband has one loaf of what is essentially quick bread or a pan of muffins with this mix. Was glad to see on the package that it could be made non-dairy, so we've used a kind of oat milk a friend recommended. He's added fresh blueberries each time, and they have turned out well. The drawback to the mix is that prepared and baked, it comes out a little on the oily side, and I think he has tried both melted margarine and oil. As with other KA gluten-free mixes, they don't keep their quality for as long as I'd like, but I'm glad to have found some decent replacements for "real" baking.
