King Arthur Baking Company Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, 24 oz Box

A bit pricey but cheaper than the gluten free bread flour- which still has oats in it which means it wouldn't work for me; It's not meant for yeast bread baking but I found a dinner roll recipe online that uses this flour anyway, and with the addition of psyllium powder they came out ok; I will probably use the rest of the bag for cakes and cookies but not bread. I haven't had a chance to do that yet...

I have tried several GF flours and have found King Arthur to be my favorite for breading baked/fried foods to making cakes. I thought my days of enjoying a real cake were over but when I tried my Red Velvet Cake made with King Arthur GF it was divine!

I have been gluten free for 10 years. Gluten free flour has come a LONG way! My daughters have baked cookies this week, we use it for gravies, make pancakes from scratch and I used it in my gluten free sourdough starter. I have always used the comparable brand and avoided this one because it was slightly more expensive, but this brand is quality and I don't mind paying for it! Half greek yogurt and half flour makes the best air fried bagel bites!

This is the best GF flour you will use. I bake alot and my family is gluten free. We have people over often and bake for others and even then, people compliment the baking. It works the best out of all the gluten free flours we've bought and also the homemade versions of gluten free flour. I marked less stars for the price because all the gluten free products are rediculously expensive. Gluten free baking will always be more difficult than regular gluten baking, but this one really is the best!

I started using this years ago when cooking for my Mamacita ( I moved back home to be near my elderly Mom and she is gluten intolerant). I have cooked dozens of desserts using this flour and resultants recipes are the same using this flour vs using gluten containing flour. I recommend 100%, pricy but worth-it!

I've been using this flower for the longest time. It is so great. It is a great Substitute one to one for regular flower and nobody can tell the difference in my baking.

Works very well with all recipes and the one to one is really nice so there's no second-guessing… No combining all different flowers. It's all been done for you!

didn't think I could to the value and quality of great value, but this was less expensive. I don't know about the nutritive value but it works well in recipes!

I have only made Fococcia Bread using King Arthur's recipe. It was split with the ladies at the church. Half loved it and half thought it was a little heavy (dense). I was one who thought it would be better a little lighter and chewier. But it tasted good. No after taste. I will make other things with it.
