makes great pancakes love this flour mix!

normally i just buy whatever is cheapest but I thought i'd give this a try for once. the oancakes are fluffy and light and DELICIOUS, and I;m goinf to keep buying this. It's well worth it.

I was surprised by how smooth the batter is--most pancake batter tends to be lumpy; anyway, because the batter is so smooth, the pancake is fluffy and the texture accepts butter, syrup quite nicely. This pancake mix has a really nice flavor too, I will be purchasing more.....

I have a homemade recipe that is hard to beat, but this pancake mix comes very close, especially when I just want to fix a quick breakfast, and not have to think. I have only used it once and I will be interested to see how it works at the bottom of the package. I have had baking mix get stale or rancid, even though I keep the sealed packages in sealed containers.

These are delicious and love how easy to make. Just add water. I tried these in a Misfits Markets box and my daughter just LOVED them. I had been looking in all the local grocery stores, but couldn't find them. So happy I could order online directly from you all!

We used this pancake mix in our new waffle maker. They were delicious!! We took your suggestion and added the extra egg, milk and oil. They were better than waffles we've had at some really good restaurants! We would highly recommend this Pancake Mix!

Yes surprised!! Always open to product being okay or good but have waited a long time to say 'the best I have purchased to date. I ordered more before Our supply on hand depleted. Batter is silky smooth cooks easy and tastes great. Today is my 73rd birthday and I had this buttermilk pancake mix for our supper.

Being a pancake connoisseur I'll attest to the fact that these pancakes stay steaming hot. I pour the batter onto a medium hot skillet and flip when it starts to bubble. While it's still cooking I'll put a pad of butter on top and the pancake is ready when the butter's melted. Yes, I cook (and eat) one pancake at a time.

I bought this for my daughter and her family. When we visit, the pancake mixes that she had available didn't taste good. I decided to try a better product but during the holidays, we had other food for breakfast. I will update my review when I have tasted the finished product. One reason I bought this mix was because of the sodium content. Other mixes had way too much salt

Not sure why this product had high reviews but it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. No matter how much water you used to make it thin or thick the pancakes were still a little bit doughy.
