makes great pancakes love this flour mix!

normally i just buy whatever is cheapest but I thought i'd give this a try for once. the oancakes are fluffy and light and DELICIOUS, and I;m goinf to keep buying this. It's well worth it.

Pancakes have little appeal; once every couple of years will satisfy me. However, because my husband enjoys pancakes, I thought to purchase this Buttermilk Pancake Mix. This one is a game changer. Not only did my husband appreciate pancakes for breakfast and gave this mix high marks, I, too, enjoyed the pancakes. So, maybe we have pancakes more often now.

We used this pancake mix in our new waffle maker. They were delicious!! We took your suggestion and added the extra egg, milk and oil. They were better than waffles we've had at some really good restaurants! We would highly recommend this Pancake Mix!

My family are pancakes snobs and rarely will bother with anything but my homemade. They say anything else just isn't worth it. I got these for ease on a recent trip in our motor home and they were a hit. Noone noticed! Finally I confessed and all agreed they were as good as Mom's!

King Arthur's Buttermilk pancake mix is the easiest mix to use. It is delicious. This mix combines in an instant. It is smooth and thicker than most other batters, even scratch recipes. I am not usually a fan of mixes but this one is a great exception.

Being a pancake connoisseur I'll attest to the fact that these pancakes stay steaming hot. I pour the batter onto a medium hot skillet and flip when it starts to bubble. While it's still cooking I'll put a pad of butter on top and the pancake is ready when the butter's melted. Yes, I cook (and eat) one pancake at a time.

I bought this for my daughter and her family. When we visit, the pancake mixes that she had available didn't taste good. I decided to try a better product but during the holidays, we had other food for breakfast. I will update my review when I have tasted the finished product. One reason I bought this mix was because of the sodium content. Other mixes had way too much salt

In preparing pancake mix, one is not supposed to over mix. Perhaps it was just this bag of mix, but it had extremely large and hard lumps in it, requiring more stirring. Tasted ok, but not very fluffy, perhaps because of the over mixing required to remove large lumps.

Not sure why this product had high reviews but it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. No matter how much water you used to make it thin or thick the pancakes were still a little bit doughy.
