Flavor and ease
My partner and I are both type 2 and we've tried several other pancake mixes. None compare. Not just in flavor but in ease. This batter behaves exactly as you'd expect pancake batter to. Others just don't. I will be only be purchasing this mix from here on out!

Is it Mom's or King Arthur's?
My family are pancakes snobs and rarely will bother with anything but my homemade. They say anything else just isn't worth it. I got these for ease on a recent trip in our motor home and they were a hit. Noone noticed! Finally I confessed and all agreed they were as good as Mom's!

Sublime simplicity
The simple art of mixing, spooning, that sizzle as they hit the hot pan, the scent of them cooking and the flip and plop on the plate. Whether plain or bursting with blueberries this mix makes the perfect pancake. And the flavor is delicate, vanilla, perfection. So good that butter and real maple syrup are almost, an afterthought.

Keto Wheat Pancake Mix
I love this Mix! It makes good pancakes and as a type 2 diabetic it has opened up the chance to enjoy foods that had become taboo. The recipe is super simple and you can certainly have fun with add in's, fruits, sugar free syrups, Jam and King Arthur baking offers many choices with extracts!

meh said be good for waffles Oh no.
just no no no. not with those directions on the package it was so not a waffle it was a pancakes shaped as a waffle. Waffle has to be crispy I know say pancake mix but if you have sugestions on the package for other things make sure it's good for that.

I was disappointed with this
I was disappointed with this product my first attempt was to make pancakes On my new gas range they did not turn out well at all I wish you to had a tip suggested temperature on the package I cannot blame king author for these pancakes it was me not being used to my new range but then I tried them in the waffle iron they were Unflavorful and tough

Not worth buying
Not sure why this product had high reviews but it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. No matter how much water you used to make it thin or thick the pancakes were still a little bit doughy.
