easy mix, add more ingredients for extra flavor.
I took the mix, added a 1/4 cup of mashed pumpkin, and 1/4 cup each of dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. I added more cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. It was moist, and delicious. You can even add some glaze of vanilla, water and powdered sugar, to make it fancy.

Very good baking mix!
King Arthur usually turns out good products, and doesn't disappoint with this one. Easy to make, doesn't stay around long! Next time I think we'll add a few more spices because we like pumpkin bread spicier. Texture and all is wonderful!
