Happy With This Flour
This whole wheat white flour arrived quickly, and was packed well with no tears or leaks. It is well within expiration date and has no stale or rancid smell. The rolls I made with it (I used 1 cup white whole wheat and 2 cups white all-purpose flour) were very good. I'm happy with it.

opened in the box and flour everywhere
I ordered a bag of flour which arrived open in the box and the flour was everywhere. I cannot use this flour as it could be tainted. I will need to send it back. I'm very disappointed!

Why would anyone pay almost $40 for a five pound bag of flour!! This looks like theft and deceit!!
