Great quality/price, easy to install, no issues

It was exactly what I wanted. The fit and material was as I thought. Since I had this b4 , I can say that it holds up well and the price is good. If you are good ro it it should last a long time. I left mine up one winter and had to push snow off and it stayed strong. Over the years that I had it it began to show wear and tore but that was after 5 years or more. A good investment.

Perfect fit to replace an old, worn-out cover. Shipping time was reasonable. Actually received it a day earlier than initially expected.

I liked the price first and secondly it was a fast order.

No directions and no fasteners to use with the existing frame.

We were really disappointed when we opened up this product to find that it had what looked to be 2 large razor cuts in the fabric (we didn't use a razor to open it). I looked at the return policy at Walmart.com and found that I had to contact Hayneedle directly. They had the best customer service! They apologized for the problem, and promptly got to work refunding my money, didn't make me ship the product back, they said just to dispose of it, and sent me out a replacement at a 10% discount. I was thinking that it was going to be a huge hassle, but it was a super pleasant experience. Thank you, Hayneedle!

Canopies eyelets began pulling out two months after installation, now November 17th 2022, canopy seams tearing, Brain dead Walmart says call mfg, however does not jnow where to find contact information. Canopy offered by other manufacturers have held up about two years, never had seams come apart and eyelets pop out. This canopy is only 6 months old, huge peace of crap.
