This 10x20 replacement canopy fit the Costco frame perfect. The material seems to be really good and strong…. Time will tell So far I am really happy with my purchase and the price was good

I was looking for a replacement for my 10' × 20' Shelter Logic carport when I ran across this King Canopy replacement cover for half the price. I read the reviews and questions and answers which said that they should interchange. I decided to take a chance, and glad I did. It arrived ahead of schedule, and fit perfectly. It is actually heavier built and quality workmanship. I leave it up year round, I expect it to last longer than the original which lasted a little over a year.

The cover was a Perfect fit, we were'nt sure when we ordered it how we would secure it because it only said draw string but it did have gromets to secure it on the sides.It was very easy to put on.... great deal. thank you

Replacement cover was a perfect fit for my old frame and used approx 75 8" ball Bungees to Secure. Very Happy with cover for fit and very securely attached with ball bungees purchased separately. My original cover lasted over 12 years through at least 2 hurricanes

I was worried at first that the tarp would not fit my eight post frame when the picture only shows six, but the tarp was sized and and the tie-down holes were configured to fit both frames. The tarp was fire retardant, but could not stand up to the heat of a house fire in mid-October. I was happy that only the portion exposed to the heat melted away. The rest or 90% of the tarp remained in tact to protect whatever was there. I wish it came with tie-downs.

To all interested. This is NOT a Drawstring cover. Although it fits my frame it is simply a tarp. I would say its about 19x10 1/2. the ends are a little short and will expose your inside to the elements and the sides are a little long when used with the typical bungies. For my application this is OK as i do not use the front and back parts of my shelter. With that being said it is a very nice tarp. i do not think i would have gotten a similar sized tarp that would have built as well as this for the money i spent

We had high winds last week and we are expecting rain this week , so I had to replace my damaged Caravan canopy top ASAP! I found this one at Hayneedle and it was a great price with fast shipping! When it arrived I installed it right away with a couple of days before the rain started. It fit pretty good on my existing 10X20 Caravan carport frame with sides. I am working on a classic car and it is partially dissassembled and didn't want any water to damage anything! After I started installing it I noticed 2 places where the cover was defective and had tears, and did not have time to return it and wait for a replacement. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price means cheap material!!! I continued installing it and used some FLEX SEAL TAPE to get me thru the rain. I am going to order the original Caravan top, and when it arrives I will use the King top like a tarp to cover some firewood I have outdoors. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS!

Delivered November 16. Installed November 21. Failed December 28. I usually have to replace this cover every other year, not every other month. This cover failed along a 10 foot seam across the ridge peak. The odd appearance adjacent to this open seam are the wrinkles at a forty five degree angle. It appears that this canopy was not sewn together correctly. Every other part of this canopy is loose and conforming. This one area is stretched tight. Too tight. I should add that this canopy was installed using the same old somewhat loose ball bungee cords, because the key to longevity is the ability to give a little in the wind. If these canopies have a lot number, this lot is defective.
