These are extremely delicious! Soft but not too soft. They are especially good warmed up from the optional warming instructions. The chocolate is just right as far as sweetness. I would have liked them to be a bit smaller so that they could more in the package but for the side the price is worth it. I will be purchasing again.

While you get two impressively large cookies per package, offering good value, they were a bit dry-ish for my taste. I did try heating them up, but it was just okay – not great, and didn't really transform the cookie as much as I hoped. These are definitely something to eat fresh, as they seemed to lose what little appeal they had after waiting a few days. They might be a good option if you're looking for a less expensive comparison to pricier bakery cookies, but ultimately, they didn't win me over enough to buy them again.

well I don't know what happened with mine but they were evidently put on top of each other when they were too hot and they fused together so it was like biting into a huge cookie two of the big size and that's good for it you know and a lot of chocolate I love that part but I don't know they refuse together and kind of dry when I got them so I don't know what happened I'll try them again though

I absolutely love these cookies, but my favorite one is the white chocolate. I don't know what they put in it, but it's truly the best flavor I've ever had. The milk chocolate is good too, but I LOVE the white chocolate.

I really wanted to love these cookies, but they were just okay for me. They were rather hard as opposed to the chewy soft textures I was expecting and felt a bit overdone. I did enjoy the chocolate chunk pieces and the overall flavor was pretty good.

at the microwaving even then it tastes like garbage hard as a rock I had to reread to see if it was the pets or humans safe okay you get my money back

extremely overpriced, they are no better than any generic walmart bakery cookie. Dont believe the rave reviews (check the dates of those reviews) waste of money

I read the reviews it and they were saying that the cookies were dry and hard . And just plain bad . I didn't listen to them and ordered it anyways. But turns out they were right the cookies were hard and dry . So lesson listen to the reviews.
