King Oscar Wild Caught Mackerel, Mediterranean Style 4.05 oz

Delicious mild flavor, perfectly seasoned packed in olive oil (is a big plus for me) , gives me the protein and omega 3 I need and has a great pantry life. So glad I decided to try them!!!! We like the Maceral better than the Salmon or Sardines and we really enjoy all 3.

King Oscar canned fish is one of my favorites. I tried the Mediterranean style for the first time, and it is as I expected, delicious. I love Mackerel, and King Oscar makes one of the best canned Mackerel you can get. Super tasty recipes, packed full of nutrition, and is a very healthy way to eat. For lunch and even dinner. There are tons of ways to eat this fish. I love it on salads, over pasta, as a main with a side, on toast, sandwiches and much more. King Oscar makes high quality canned fish, and this Mediterranean style is now a regular part of my diet. Highly nutritional, light and very healthy. Limited ingredients and perfectly portion controlled right out of the can. 5 stars from me.

I love the 2or3 black olives, veggies %26 tasty flavors of Mediterranean Captain Oscar mackerel, Despite I chose to drain off the oil due to the salt content, I still enjoy the flavors as I add my own organic extract virgin Olive oil. It would be very good if they used Himalayan salt which is the choice of renowned chefs worldwide for it's sweet tasty 😋 healthy qualities for the price range. I always pray🙏🏾it is in-stock. I usually order enough to make my delivery worth the fees so, when I get my order %26 there are no Captain Oscar Mediterranean Mackerel, I'm very disappointed. This small can of Mackerel is packed as solid sections of meat high in protein and Omega 3. It's delicious in an oil marinade as stated on the can, has no fishy taste whatsoever and has a long shelf life. A friend recommended it to me

This is my favorite of all canned fish. It has an awesome flavor, especially the Mediterranean flavor with the olives that are in there. I eat it straight out of the can, room temperature, with all kinds of foods - very nutritious!

Tinned fish is an acquired taste,, but once acquired, it becomes a delicious, nutritious delicacy. Great nutrition for the price. Mediterranean mackerel has become my favorite. The only downside: it's messy.

I love this but can't eat it everyday because of mercury even they said not that much mercury compared to other brands. I believe everything in ocean has mercury already so I eat occasionally.

I love these in every flavor. They are delicious and just enough oil and seasoning. I purchase them every month for a special treat for myself.
