Easy to put together. Some of the pieces are flimsy, but will probably hold up for awhile.

Not recommended
When putting it together one of the bolts were stripped, the bowls don't fit, the doors were hard to close and after starting the smoker, the top door wouldn't stay closed and the magnets no longer worked

doors were too close together and rubbed on each other when opening and closing, would not keep consistent temperatures.
